CICCHETTO AMARO YORK

We are very proud to offer this beautiful masterpiece, after many months of research and testing.

Our amaro is crafted with a blend of locally sourced ingredients and time-honored production methods to encapsulate the spirit of Canada and Italy combined in every sip. Cicchetto Amaro York is amber in colour and aromatized with botanicals inspired by alpine, Mediterranean and local terroir. Complemented by dried citrus peel, high toned herbs, root elements, and sweetened with local maple syrup. The palate is smooth, delicately textural, with warm intense spice notes, followed by a long lasting finish.

It includes many botanicals and herbs such as gentian, rhubarb root, chamomile, cinnamon and peppermint, many of them found here in Canada. Canadian organic maple syrup is used as a sweetener element, making it the first of its kind in the world. We recently won the Platinum Medal for best amaro in North America at the L.A. Spirit Awards.
